How do the WebSwagger programs work?
Using our format, your site is branded exclusively for you. No two sites are identical and our graphic designer will make sure your Web site is distinctive and branded for your business. You’ll get a homepage and up to five additional sub-pages that we’ll set up for you. You’ll be able to modify these sub-pages anytime — 24-hours-a-day — using the secure client administration area. Our designers build custom Web sites after an initial concept meeting. The size and functionality will vary depending on your needs.

	This area is branded with your company logo/name.
	Up to five sub-pages are yours to customize.
	Feature information about your company and showcase its products and services. You may also want to highlight special interest items or links here.
	The footer area includes up to three links you can customize for whatever purpose you need such as Privacy Policies or Terms and Conditions, for example. There will also be an area on the right-hand, bottom of the page for an address/phone listing. Other standard footer links include the client administration area and the standard copyright notice.

Do I need to commit to a contract?
No, there are no long-term contracts. You may cancel with 30 days written notice. Prepayments will be prorated and the balance returned. Set-up fees are nonrefundable.

What’s included in the set-up fee?
The set-up fee includes:

•	The design and layout of your home page and sub-pages
•	Transfer of your existing Web site or unique domain registration
•	Submitting your Web site for registration with many search engines
•	Optimizing your site with special keywords
•	Proofreading your supplied content
•	Content creation (Pro, Advanced and Custom packages only)
•	Supplying Web resolution stock images from our library (see individual package information for the number of images included). Additional stock photography from our library is available for purchase at $20 per image for Web resolution; $35 for hi-resolution (5x7, 300 dpi); and $45 for hi-resolution (8x10, 300 dpi).

What’s included in the monthly hosting and monitoring fee?

•	Around-the-clock monitoring
•	Password protected access to a secure client administration area
•	30 minutes of site revisions per month (additional edits beyond 30 minutes are billed in 15 minute increments at $18.75)
•	E-mail accounts using your domain name
•	Professional customer service and support

Note: Save 5 percent on hosting fees if paid annually in advance

What about site revisions?
Make revisions and edits to the site yourself using the password protected client administration area, or we can make up to 30 minutes of site revisions for you each month absolutely free. Any revisions beyond 30 minutes are billed in 15-minute increments at a rate of $18.75.

What if I need help writing content?
Proofreading the content you supply is included in the set-up fee for all packages. Content creation is included with the Pro and Advanced packages (see individual package pages for more information). However, professional editorial assistance is always available as an optional service anytime you need it for an additional fee.

Do you also offer print marketing materials?
Yes, WebSwagger is your complete marketing resource. We can create coordinating brochures, postcards, folders, direct mailers – anything you need. We can also provide agency service, like project management, design, editing, and printing, as needed, from concept to completion or any part in between. Check out our marketing materials page.
